Frank Jay de L'Equipage
BWP W-257984-VB
Son of Baron Von Rothschild (Branco), who was the first approved BWP breeding stallion in the US, grandsired from Ramiro Z. His dam, Ugunda, is also the dam of the twice Olympic participant Radisson Diamond. Branco attained 14 championships, including one at the Wellington Equestrian Festival in 1993. Frank Jay is the only remaining stallion by Branco. Frank was sent to one of the nations top handlers/trainers, Bruce and Staci Griffin of Griffin Sport Horses in Virginia. With only 90 days under saddle, Frankie amazed the Belgian Warmblood inspectors and became an approved stallion. Among some of his highest scores were jumping, confirmation, and movement. With such a short amount of time under saddle he has also performed in several USDF competitions and placed campion stallion at the VADA/Nova Breed Show. Frank's gentle nature and willingness make him a pleasure to work with and ride.
